Refund Policy

Basics for Becoming an Expert Witness

August 2021

The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and MED LAW Consulting LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

The Company provides a money-back guarantee for the Program. That guarantee is governed by the following terms.

We want You to be satisfied with your purchase, but you must request it within 24 hours or less. The reason for the limited time refund is that this is an enormous amount to give people for the price; months (and years!) of work has gone into creating this course;  everything for this module-based course is immediately downloadable; I want you to stand behind your own buying decision and soak up everything that Basics for Becoming has to offer (yes, even when you feel a little overwhelmed by all the resources in there!).  To claim a refund, You must request your money back within 24 hours of the purchase date. If the purchase date is before the go-live date/time, then You must request a refund within 24 hours of the go-live time. You may request your money back by emailing admin@medlawconsulting.com. That email must reference the Product, set out the date of Your purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. You will also be responsible for any processing fees owed on the initial purchase (i.e. PayPal fee, credit card fee, etc.). This will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
